Acceptance

By using FOCUS, you agree to this User Agreement and our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility and Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

User Content

You own your content. You grant FOCUS a non-exclusive license to host and display it for platform functionality.

Acceptable Use

• Do not post unlawful, misleading, or harmful content.
• Do not impersonate others or misuse the platform.
• Do not attempt to access accounts or data without permission.

Payments and Ads

Ad payments are processed through Paystack. Campaign approvals and refunds are at our discretion according to platform rules.

Moderation and Enforcement

We may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimers

FOCUS is provided “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee availability or accuracy of listings.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, FOCUS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update this agreement. Continued use of the platform means you accept the changes.
